First of all. These are some great folks. I am the General Manager, and I sold them their home.
We normally do all our own service after set up, except when the home is three hours away, as this one is. Then we may call the factory for...
assistance. The call for factory service was made at the time Mrs. [redacted] called in, but obviously it fell through the cracks some how. We do not have anything in writing from the [redacted]'s requesting service, as we usually do, so I have no way of disputing how many times a call was made, or not made. The actual service manager, [redacted] indicates he has not taken any calls past the first time. All this being said, the factory still should have gotten to them sooner, and we should have followed up. AS of 10-26-2016, the factory service representative has contacted the [redacted]'s, to make an appointment for repair. I will follow up with the [redacted]'s, on Friday, Oct.28th, 2016 to ensure [redacted] Service has set appt. for repair or replacement, of the leaky shower door. We will ensure this issue is resolved.

We heard from cavalier homes so 3 stones done there part and contacted them. I appreciate their quick response to the factory. The factory knows what is wrong and told me what needs to be fixed. I have yet to hear from a repair man so I will probably repair the problem myself. Thanks for your help.
