I received your notification of the complaint filed by a customer This customer contacted our facility to file a [redacted] damage claim and the claim was filed on 3/14/ [redacted] requires proof of damage and proof of the value of the items damaged All paperwork was submitted to [redacted] on 3/24/ The claim was approved the beginning of April and a claim payment was sent to our facility the middle of April I sent the customer a check which he has stated he never received We contacted our bank which is was verified that the check had not been cashed or deposited We then did a stop payment on that check which the customer was advised of I also advised the customer that our owner had passed away and that I would get a new check out to him as soon as we could The customer became extremely rude and impatient and accused me of lying about his payment and that we should only mourn the loss of someone for no more that a day or two He advise me that he would be in town and I advised him that I would have his payment at our store for him to pick up, he never picked up his payment I held the payment for a week The customer has contacted the local police department whom have advised him that it was not a police matter The customer has received his [redacted] claim payment in full This complaint is invalid due to he has received the total amount of said claim payment.TraceyManagerThunder Mountain Stores
