we were called out for a bid after another company condemned the air conditionerwe sold the job and installed new air conditioner and evaporator coil and they performed finewhen we were called out to look what was going on we found they had
a bad blower motor on their furnace causing our new air to freeze upno fault of ours or our equipmentshe then bashed us on facebook before we even had a chance to determine the problem and tell them that is was not related to anything we done

What is the point of a review of a company or work done from a company? To REVIEW
The tech did in fact continue to ask both of us who the sales person was who sold us the unit and coil before he would make the trip to our homeWhy that was relevant is a mystery
If TICA does not want reviews then I suggest that they remove it from their Facebook page all together

owner called us for water leaking thru ceiling so we sent out a tech to repair this problem. when we arrived we found that it was a plumbing problem and that he would need to contact a plumber to fix it. since we are a heating and air...

conditioning company we do not have parts for these types of repair. we told him we would split the call with him because we did not fix anything but would have to charge him for our techs time to diagnose this problem. never did he bring up anything for free estimate when he called in and spoke with our dispatcher or we would have told him at that time free estimates are for replacement equipment only. we thought is was fair to cut the bill down to 39.00 but he dont want to pay anything so we turned him over to collection for the full 78.00 plus collection fees.

When I called Tica to schedule an appointment I specifically asked the secretary if they did free estimates and she said yes, so I made an appointment. The guy came out looked at ceiling and said I can't do anything, you need a plumber. He had me sign a blank invoice and I mentioned again that this was a free estimate. He said he has to turn it into office and they would handle the matter. When I received a bill in the maiI called Tica and spoke to the same secretary and asked her why I got a bill when it was a free estimate. I verified that with her and she said yes we give free estimates. I asked to talk to the owner. He told me that they give free estimates when you buy a new unit. It does not say this in the phone book. Therefore, I am disputing this matter once again and for false advertisement! Attached is a copy of the phone book ad. Thank you.

Please be advised, While Great Cars and Trucks facilitated the sale of the Mazda to Ms. [redacted], B&M Acceptance (BMAC) financed her purchase. BMAC did in fact charge Ms, [redacted]’s card for an   arranged scheduled payment of $360.00 on September 19th, 2014. This action was...

around 11:30 AM. Upon learning that this was in error, BMAC refunded that same amount ($360.00) around 3:30 PM. on the same Day, September 19th , 2014.   BMAC was in contact with Ms. [redacted] about this matter on that date. The referenced funds presumably were never withdrawn from Ms. [redacted]’s account as the merchant service company for BMAC settled the day’s transactions around 7:00 PM. on September 19th, 2014. BMAC regrets any inconvenience   to   Ms. [redacted]. This was a mistake and was rectified immediately after it was discovered.
