the resortThe previous General Manager, Allen R***, sent a letter to Mr*** notifying him that the unit was not up to the Tiger Run Rental pool standard.The renewal contract was signed by Mr*** but given the notice sent by Allen R***, the unit was not rentedThe previous management had put a month hold on the property so that it would not be booked while they awaited Mr***’s response on the needed repairs and improvements to meet the requirements of the rental pool.During the time from May through September, Mr*** did not reach out to Tiger Run inquiring about rental activity or his rental income that was not paid due to lack of activityWhen I tried to secure Mr*** a renter for September for months, he then asked about rental income and also let me know that he was selling the property.Tiger Run acted diligently in responding to Mr***’s request and do not feel past due rental income is owed to him.Sincerely,Suzy B***General ManagerTiger Run Homeowners Association*** * *** * ***

We will reimburse Mr. [redacted] in the amount of $348.99 for the missing camera equipment.  I will need an address to send the check to.   Again, I would like to apologize to Mr. [redacted] that his package went missing. I am rejecting this response because:No solution has been offered... Tiger Run took possession of a $348.99 package in February. I need my camera equipment now. I am losing money every day I do not have my equipment.The only acceptable solutions are to IMMEDIATELY replace the exact item that Tiger Run took possession of, or provide a cash settlement of $348.99 so that I can re-purchase my Gimbal... The new policies do not apply to me. I have purchased a PO box so that I don't have to worry about Tiger Run losing any more of my mail. I will be moving to a local condo in a few weeks, and although your future residents may benefit from this costly incident, I am still missing my camera equipment that I paid for and that Tiger Run admittedly took possession of.Please refer to the original complaint for an example of another incident that happened to a different guests within a few weeks of the time my package was lost.Again, Tiger Run has not offered any solution to this issue. Anything less than replacing the item or the cost of it is unacceptable.
