I will never take this Bus service again Anna there rep that works in NYC is Very disrespectful and she have no customer service skills, she insult me on another level I booked my ticket and I made a mistake I was on the phone with customer service in corrected the mistake I asked her to wait one minute while she pull up my confirmation number and she told me I have to buy another ticket and I can't wait for a second then she start to insult me by saying that I it's not her fault that I can't read once again she has no customer service skills

Review: I reserved an online bus ticket with [redacted] for a New Year's vacation to Salisbury, MD, leaving on Dec ** 2013. The employees at Tiger Bus lied to me and several other travellers about the arrival time of the scheduled 3:30pm bus. We were all told that emails/texts were sent informing us that the bus was rescheduled for 4:30pm. Neither I nor any of the other passengers I spoke to received this information, and no announcements were made. The bus wound up leaving over 2 hours later. Once on the bus I asked about the advertised WiFi availability. A young lady said she would check with the driver. She never came back and I was without this benefit during the long trip. When we arrived in Salisbury, MD the driver dropped me off in the middle of a parking lot about 1/2 hour away from the drop-off address on my ticket. When I questioned the driver, he gave me a blank look, got back on the bus and drove away. When I was returning on Sunday, January *, I went to the address on the ticket to meet my 11:45am bus, but it never arrived. When I called Tiger Bus to ask about the 11:45am bus I was told that the next bus was not scheduled until 2:15AM the NEXT morning. When I complained I was told "we called you and emailed you". When I stated that I never received a call or email I was accused of providing the wrong contact information. Needless to say, I had to scramble to find another way home. My only other option was a 5:45PM bus from Ocean City, MD, arrivng in NYC at Port Authority at midnight - 8 hours later.Desired Settlement: Based on the deceptive practices of this company and the substandard and dismissive way it treats it's passengers, I am asking for a full refund for my trip with them (Tiger Bus) as well as a refund for the extra money I had to pay ([redacted]) for another bus ticket. I am also seeking reimbursement for my taxi fare home from the Port Authority terminal to Brooklyn. The total amount I am seeking is $189.

Review: Booked 3 round trip ticketa via [redacted] which NYTiger bus was the company providing the return trip from Virginia. The day prior, NY Tiger sends me a text canceling all my ticket, this was while I was in the middle of my vacation! I had to, on my on find and purchase a new ticket at a higher price and different time from [redacted]. This was a major inconvenience and was left with my family waiting on the sidewalk of our hotel for 4 hours due to check out time. Calls to nytiger bus customer support were met by rude rep who only refunded me the original ticket price and not the difference I had to pay for the new ticket. The rep who barely spoke coherent english hung up on me several times while I was in on my vacation in VA. Apparently there are several similar complaints of this type of practice on google review where cancellations in middle of trips seems to be common practice with NY tiger bus.Desired Settlement: Additional refund of $30 (difference in price of new ticket vs old). This is the least ny tiger should do considering the entire fiasco was there fault!!!

Review: I purchased a bus ticket for my daughter to travel from NYC to Salisbury, MD. The bus was supposed to leave at 3:30 PM. My daughter went to [redacted] at the corner of Orchard Street in NYC. She was told that the bus was postponed until 5:00 PM. (5:00 PM was when the next bus was actually scheduled to leave - so they did not fulfill the contact of the purchased bus ticket.) They obviously did not fill the bus with sufficient passengers to run the 3:30. I called and the lady said that the bus driver was in the hospital. She obviously lied. Additionally, it does not look very legitimate. They did not hold up their side of the contract - to transport my daughter at 3:30 p.m. Their business practices are very deceptive. They do not do what they advertise. I truly question the honesty, integrity and safety of this company that is transporting innocent lives. I really feel cheated and manipulated - not mentioning that I was also lied to. I will never have any family member ride or recommend this bus company to anyone. I really feel that they practice manipulative and deceptive advertising.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the $35.00 dollars that I spent for the bus ride that was supposed to leave at 3:30 p.m.
