In response to the complaint from *** let me first state that Timebuyer, Inc does not do the
final NYS inspectionAll vehicles sold have the final NYS safety inspection performed by
outside vendorsThis is to insure that a third party reviews the vehicle for final inspection before
delivery
to the customer
*** purchased a *** *** *** *** with roughly 96,miles on
01/16/This vehicle came with the standard day 1,mile warranty*** also
purchased a month 24,mile service plan that covers major engine and transmission failure
only
On 07/29/Timebuyer repossessed the vehicle and there was roughly 143,miles on it
Over the last few years Timebuyer has repaired ***’s vehicle*** put over 45,miles
on his vehicle since he purchased it so they were “wear and tear” items*** must
understand that voluntarily returning a vehicle does not relieve your obligation to pay off your
loan
To resolve this complaint Timebuyer has included the letter we sent *** on 11/17/
showing his final accounting of costs of the loanThis delinquent balance is now in the hands of
the *** law firm for collectionPlease have *** contact the *** law firm at ###-###-#### if he wishes to seek a reduced settlement payoff

*** purchased a Jeep Liberty with roughly 119,miles on 02/19/Timebuyer
did provide *** with a day 1,mile limited warranty even though the only legal
mandated warranty was an Implied Warranty*** also purchased a month 24,mile
service plan that covers major engine and transmission failure only
*** has had a few repair issues since the purchase of this vehicle but Timebuyer has
covered the cost of those repairsWe even reimbursed her for the cost of the parts to repair her
brakesTo our knowledge the only repair *** paid for was her power steering pump
According to her complaint it appears that the vehicle is in need of a wheel bearing and tie rod
These items are not covered under warranty
To resolve this complaint Timebuyer will, in good faith, repair the wheel bearing and tie rod after
we have had an opportunity to see the vehicleWe have tried to contact *** several times
but she has not returned our callsAt this point *** must realize that an older used vehicle
with higher mileage will require regular maintenanceWe appreciate *** as a customer
and look forward to fixing this problem*** needs to contact Mike, *** ***) who is
the manager of the Massena store, to set up an appointment for us to resolve this problem

the customer. [redacted] purchased a 2003 Dodge Dakota with roughly 111,800 miles on 01/07/2015. This vehicle came with the standard 30 day 1,000 mile warranty. [redacted] also purchased a 24 month 24,000 mile service plan that covers major engine and transmission failure only.First let me state that there was only a 30 day 1000 mile warranty, not a 90 day warranty that  [redacted] stated. There were several repair issues with the truck that were not covered under any warranty or service plan that Timebuyer serviced for free.To resolve this complaint Timebuyer has already worked out a special financing plan with the customer. Dustin purchased a 2006 Pontiac Montana with roughly 117,700 miles on 02/18/2014. This
vehicle came with the standard 30 day 1,000 mile warranty. [redacted] also purchased a 24 month
24,000 mile service plan that covers major engine and transmission failure only.
As of 03/02/2016 there are roughly 143,966 miles on this vehicle. [redacted] has had repair issues
over the last two years but Timebuyer has covered the cost for many of those repairs under his
Vehicle Service Agreement. He is out of warranty at this point in time.
To resolve this complaint Timebuyer warrantied the transmission and covered the cost of the
transfer case repairs. These repairs were done free of charge. We have already contacted [redacted] to
let him know that. At this point [redacted] must realize that an older used vehicle with higher
mileage will require regular maintenance. Moving forward Timebuyer will no longer cover any
other repair issues under his Vehicle Service Agreement.
