I have spoken to American Home Shield and was informed that they contacted Mr. [redacted] on 6/5/2015 to discuss the denial of his repairs. Mr. [redacted] stated that he could not speak to them at that time. AHS gave him the number to call to speak with an Authorization Specialist (1-877-[redacted]). They stated he...
has not reached out to them since 6/5/2015.We are simply a contractor for American Home Shield. Our electricians are not required or expected to know the policy coverage of each homeowner. It is the homeowner's responsibility to know his coverage when he calls in to AHS to request a contractor.I believe this is to be discussed between American Home Shield and Mr. [redacted].Thanks,[redacted]Timmons Electric Company662-[redacted]
