amount of $1470.05.  The original estimate from [redacted] which was wrote on May 18 2015 was in the amount of $2470.05, the customer had a $1000.00 deductible. At that time [redacted] chose not to repair the vehicle because he wanted to get more things done, he would be in touch after he got some money together.   On March 07 2016 we was approached by [redacted] saying the vehicle has more damage than the insurance originally quoted and wanted us to look for used parts.  I looked for used parts and at that time there wasn't any available for a quote.  Then on May 19 2017 I received a call from [redacted] we have commited fraud, never repaired her truck, demanding her money back and was going to report us to every agency possible. These are the only 2 times I ever spoke with [redacted] once in person and once on the phone. Needless to say the Truck was never brought in for repair.  After our phone conversation on May 19 2017  I reached out to [redacted] Insurance and refunded them the partial payment they had issued for repair.  Today June 09, 2017 I confirmed [redacted] received refund and they told me they did receive it and have already reissued back to [redacted]  Thanks you,[redacted]
