I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
 I spoke with Richards Building supply today, March 23, 2016. They said that Dave at Home Plate has not made any payments to his bill and the lien still stands against my property. Home Plate is being deceitful in their response. It is sad that I have to go through this especially since I paid my bill to Home Plate in full. Home plates bill for the materials from Richards is less than $4000.00 and could easily be paid with a credit card and this whole thing could be resolved.

The guidelines and time fram has been set with my supplier a long time ago. We communicate and always have been in  full communication while we both are aware with full understanding of our commitment to getting this resolved in a timely manner.

That is true. The homeowner has paid in full and has received all the proper paperwork. We are working on a payment plan with the supplier to pay off the materials in full. We have every intent on getting this resolved with the supply house. Tell us why here...
