I am not really sure who *** *** is or how he knows what was discussed, attached are the last two E-Mail that were sent to *** *** whom I dealt with. If I would have gotten a response to the last E-Mail I sent Andy the Revdex.com never would have heard of me

Just a little note to inform you that as I am sure you are aware after our conversation late this morning I am very dissatisfied with the results of our discussion and wanted to make sure that you understand the following:
1) When I went to have my shocks replaced I had decided to go with standard shocks and Tire Pros talked me into the factory air shocks as the compressor was working just fine and they were actually a couple dollars cheaper
2) Shocks were installed and all was good for a couple months until the got very stiff, I returned to Tire Pros and was informed that they were froze up and needed to be replaced, you stood behind the shock and replaced them at no charge and again all was good
3) The same issue occurred so I felt the shocks were froze up again and returned to Tire Pros where I was told "yes the shocks are bad and will need to be replaced once again", so I set up an appointment to have them changed outI was then contacted by you stating Tire Pros had some things that they want to check out prior to replacingI accepted the offer and returned where I was informed after the inspection that the on-board compressor was not working, there was no air in the shocks, and that is now the problemI spoke with you and the technician ***?) and was told that a new compressor would cost about $I stated that was not something I was willing to do and asked if Tire Pros could bypass the compressorI was informed that a conversion kit is not available for that, I asked *** ? "They are just air shocks do you see any reason why a kit wouldn't work" , he had no problem with it but refused to come up with a kit on his own due to time etcI grumbled and said "just replace the shocks and I will put my own kit in" then I was informed there is no problem with the shocks and they were just bottoming out due to lack of airWhen I was told the car was ready and went to sign the paperwork I was informed I was being charged (I think $25) for the inspectionAt this point I did not feel like arguing so I just paid the bill and leftDays later I looked and found a conversion kit on-line, ordered it, installed it yesterday, and find that the shocks are acting the same way so I contact you to have them replacedYou then inform me you spoke with management and that due to the fact that you did not install the conversion kit you were no longer going to honor the warranty and told me to go to the dealerI am still very confused on how the shocks could have been bottoming out as the springs should eliminate that from ever happening
4) I have now ordered new shocks that I will be installing myself, I am confident that the 2nd set of shocks is and was bad (which is not your fault) but I also believe (by investigating on line) that when the shocks were replaced originally the compressor wasn't tested properly and the drier was no longer working which caused the first and second set of shocks to FREEZE UP and go badI guess I will now a little more tomorrow when I perform the install
I have obviously informed my wife or these results and she instructed me to register Tire Pros with the Revdex.com, I checked things out and much to my surprise there were no complaints registered as of yet
I guess I will have to sleep on this but I'm guessing that after I replace the shocks tomorrow (and find what I think I'm going to find) I will be able to find time in the near future to get Tire Pros Registered with the Revdex.com
Some type of response would be appreciated

_____________________________Hi ***
I'm guessing you may remember me as I was in there a week or two ago to have my shocks replaced as they were very stiffAfter the first visit I was told they were indeed frozen and were junk, then when I called to have them replaced you wanted your expert to take a look and he said that the shocks were bottoming out as there was no air in them due to a faulty compressorI asked about bypassing the compressor but was told there wasn't a conversion kit available and you were not going to replace the shocks because there was nothing wrong with themWell I found a conversion kit on line and installed it yesterday and it doesn't seem to be making any difference at all so I can only assume the shocks are indeed badThe shocks do hold air but are extremely stiff, I now have only PSI in them
I would like to stop by on my way home from work tomorrow and have somebody check it out and get this resolved once and for allPlease contact me either by E-Mail or cell phone @ *** to discuss
My office number is below, I am there from 6:AM - 3:30PM

this does not solve the issue of the part clearly being under warranty still , and when he made the offer I declined as I have that option , and then when I asked for the money back for my part , I then left the store I have not slandered him in no way shape or form , it is the issue here , he did repairs on my truck failed to do repairs correctly , failed to inspect wheel seals prior to installing it , and then ran into an issue days later the rear end failed , under state law even without a labor warranty I still have days as a minimum under the sale of goods act , and when he wanted more money to do repairs again , I refused and nicely asked for my money back for my part that was clearly under warranty and he refused and made up stories about slander and all this , my part was under warranty still regardless I had the right to decline any more labor done by him He is lying and clearly trying to get his employees to cover for negligent work that was either missed or not performed correctly which cause the failure in days

[redacted] was never told his warranty was void.  He was simply told to bring his vehicle to a gm dealer for further inspection.  Rear air shocks actually do partially support the weight of the vehicle.  It is very possible they have been bottoming out, as we told [redacted] when he was in.  There was no misdiagnosis, just more work needed and not authorized.

[redacted] brought his truck in to have new tires installed on used aluminum wheels that he carried in. The wheels were...

heavily corroded. We installed the tires and torqued his wheels to the vehicle specs. When [redacted] came to get his truck, he was instructed to return within 50-100 miles to have lug nuts re-torqued (this is standard procedure). [redacted] even signed a disclaimer that he understood the importance of having lugs re-torqued. [redacted] neglected to return within 50-100 miles to have torque checked, and later had an issue. Tire Pros agreed to fix [redacted]s truck, but for a charge. [redacted] declined the repairs.

We at Tire Pros replaced the rear end of [redacted] truck with a used rear end.  At the time of installation,...

[redacted] was able to purchase an additional warranty that would have given him parts and labor coverage for 6-months, but chose to not purchase the extended warranty, but rather go with the parts only warranty that came on the rear end.  We initially recommended rebuilding his existing rear end with new parts, but the repair did not fit in his budget.  [redacted] knew all along that there was not a labor warranty on his repair.  After much deliberation with [redacted] after the recent failure, I offered to split the cost of the labor with him as a good will gesture.  [redacted] initially accepted my offer, but later declined.  [redacted] seems like a very unrealistic person that lacks the basic foundation of logic.  He has been asked to never return to either of my stores because of his verbal abuse of myself and my staff.  I am strongly considering a lawsuit because of some slander that has occurred after my and [redacted]s last conversation.  [redacted] has also threatened to sue my company over the rear end repair.  I urge him to do so.  I have several recorded phone conversations from [redacted] and my employees that depict his poor attitude and lack of moral character, and will have those ready should a lawsuit occur.  I also have signed copies of all repair orders on [redacted]s truck that clearly state what the warranty does and does not cover.  I don’t want to waste any more of my life on [redacted] Brager.  Please make note that this will be my final response to this matter.  Thanks and make it a great day! [redacted]Tire Pros & Wheel Experts

Tire Pros replaced rear air shocks on [redacted] buick that were blown out at time of tire installation. We warrantied the shocks once because they froze up within the warranty period of 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. The second time they failed, we diagnosed a bad air compressor for the rear shocks. [redacted] declined having the air compressor replaced. Instead, he rigged up a manual inflation setup to bypass the compressor. [redacted] claims the shocks are still not working. Tire Pros will not warranty rear shocks again because of a few reasons. For one, they are beyond the warranty from the original paid invoice and secondly, the air compressor was not replaced as designed. We recommended [redacted] bring his buick into a GM dealer and have them check over his work and make the final determination on whether the shocks are defective or not. The parts that were installed are a factory gm part.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I was not informed that if I bypassed the on board compressor that my warranty would be void although I did inform Tirepros I was going to perform that task.
At the time or the second inspection I was informed that the shocks were good but they were bottoming out, there was no give to the shocks.  This is in error as the vehicle has springs and with our without the shocks the vehicle sits the same.  The shocks would have needed to compress for this to even be possible.
I replaced the shocks myself, once the shocks were removed it was very clear that the shocks were bad, not bottoming out, and had frozen up the same as  with the first set.
My problem as originally stated is the mis-diagnosis of the shocks and not being informed that  if I was to bypass the on board compressor that my warranty would be voided.
It is unclear to me why a business has such a hard time admitting they made a mistake or why it takes a letter to the Revdex.com to get any type of response whatsoever.

I would like this business registered with the Revdex.com as a poor ranked business , as there customer service is poor , there professionalism is poor , they falsify documents , they charge for labor warranties , which is completely unheard of, in the type of business they are in , they fail to honor any warranties for parts . and this company should and is being reported to the department of agriculture trade and consumer protection for further proceedings and possibly criminal charges . I strongly believe any consumer researching this business should know that this is not a reputable company to do business with..
