Called business spoke with Mike and he stated that what the consumer states is true.  We always tell our customer when there is a rebate available on tires, but we do not control the expiration date.  The day cons. came in and we told him about the rebate, he did not purchase the tires....

 By the time the cons. came back to get tires, the rebate had expired with the manufacturer, they could not even postmark the rebate.  Customer was screaming at employees and very upset, however it was out of our hands as to the manufacturing co expiration date of the rebate.  We would like to make an effort to resolve this issue.  The customer left old tires and we will sell them and he can have the money from sale.  Please advise us of their response.
