Contractor Todd E*** did not comply with our verbal contract He asked me for down payment of $which I paid in cash He said he will start the home improvement project July 24thnever started never even showed me the windows that he claimed he had to order I had to hire someone else to do my windows and was completed only ONE day I requested several times for my money back$in cash because I paid him in cash and do not want any problem for any bounce check (if he will pay me in check) I will not accept the windows he claimed he ordered and paid for (which he claims he cannot return) Since he never gave them to me or showed me pictures with the receipt I am not going to pay for the windows I already purchase my windows to Home Depot and paid someone else to do the job which he should have done for me because I already gave him a down payment
