My Jeep Grand Cherokee was damaged while in their facility being repairedThe owner refuses to fix the damage that his shop caused I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee to this shop on Friday, November 24, because the a/c was blowing hot airI was told it was fixed by this shop and I paid $The shop has had my Jeep since without being able to fix the problemI went in to pick up my Jeep again, after being told the a/c was fixedUpon arriving, I noticed there was damage done to the inside of the the JeepThe front seats were badly stained with oil, the ENTIRE dashboard was badly nicked, the a/c were nicked, the front passenger carpet was soaked with some type of oily residue, the passenger side floorboard is broken, the driver side bottom door rubber is ripped, the headliner is stained with oily residue, there is a tear on the passenger sun visor, and the inside of the Jeep was FILTHY! In August 2018, my car would begin to shake while drivingI took it to T&K in Irving because it was close to my workThey diagnosed my Jeep Cherokee as needing new spark plugs and a basic 'tune up? for just over $Relieved that this was this issue gladly paid and picked up later that dayThey advised they test drove it and assured me the issue was fixedDriving home that evening it began to shake again, though not as severeSeeing as though there may be further issues, I called the Grapevine Jeep dealership to ask if they've heard of any issuesThey stated a still have a partial warranty depending on the issue and requested I let them have a lookIt turns out, a coil needed to be replaced AND T&K was negligent in their diagnostic and repair and installed the incorrect spark plugs for my vehicleSeeing as though the people were friendly at T&K I called and spoke to Brian, the service managerHe apologized and stated we would get something worked out and would need to run

I had my transmission rebuilt by the company and still after they completed their work the auto is still having issues
The work completed by the company in 11/for a rebuilt transmission didn't work After their work was completed I kept taking the auto back and they couldn't figure out what the issue was They tell you they have over + years of experience....what a joke This took place in 11/for $ 2,200+
