I am rejecting this response because: Toff Industries was at fault and did nothing to help with the matter.  They claimed the issue was caused by negligence, which it was not. The awning collapse happened on a clear, windless day. They blamed the installer ([redacted] and said that the issue needed to be taken up with him.  Bob [redacted] had a replacement part sent to me but refused to install it because of the frustration caused by this entire situation.  I had to pay out of pocket to have the awning fixed/recalibrated as all [redacted] did was drop the replacement at my garage. Furthermore, it is not fair that Bob had to put out the money for the replacement when this was clearly a case of poor craftsmanship.  I think Toff should be responsible for the replacement part [redacted] as well as the installation of my new awning arm, which cost $200 to have installed professionally.
