We called this business to come out and adjust our slideout on our RV. They advertise that they can take care of all you RV needs on-site. They tell you that it will be $75.00 to come out, we said ok. He came the other day to do the repair and had no tool with him except two wrenches. He asked if we had a jack, then asked for wrenches and sockets. My husband hauled out all the tools the guy asked for, he got under the slide on our RV, cranked a few times on a bolt, sat up and said that we would have to take the RV into his shop to be fixed. Then stood up and asked for the $75.00. We paid him and he left. We felt he was very dishonest and was going around doing this to other people, he told us he had two more stops that night. How is he going to fix anything without tools?
