After playing phone tag over a 2-day period, I finally managed to speak to a rep and we scheduled an appointment during a work day at 10h00 AM. I stayed home that morning and waited for the rep to show up. At 10h20, he still hadn't come by and decided to leave since I was due back at work late morning.
I never received a phone call to alert me of the delay in showing-up at 10h00, or a subsequent phone call to apologize and re-schedule. Complete waste of time chasing them by phone and waiting for the visit.
Very unprofessional, total lack of respect for customers, and questionable etiquette.
I called the company for a quote on a complete replacement of my roof, and the representative did not show up on the day of the appointment. I called the representative and rescheduled the appointment for the next day. Once again he did not show up but promised a 5% discount on the quote, and rescheduled the appointment for the next day once again. The next day at the time of the appointment, the representative did not show up and did not call. This is very unprofessional and does not give any confidence in their services or products offered.
