Review: My husband placed an order as pick up from this place. When he received and paid for the food, he left assuming that when the woman said 'have a nice day', that his order was complete. He leaves and gets home (we live 25-30 min from there) and I notice there was an entire part of our order missing. He calls and speaks to someone who said not only would they not deliver the forgotten order to us, but requested him to drive all the way back and when he gets there they will talk about a refund. My husband assumed he would have at least gotten a full credit for his ribs, however, he got there and received 10% off the ONE item, rather than the whole entree, less part of our entire bill. On top of this, I try to call to discuss this unfair amount of compensation, but the manager was incredibly rude and hung up on me TWICE, just because I wanted a disclosure as to why we didnt get a full refund on at LEAST the order that THEY forgot, which made my husband have to drive back. Not only had the rack of ribs been sitting there, for almost an hour, but the manager told me in a very condescending voice, "you can bring them back to their place for a full refund" meaning my husband should have to drive all the way back ANOTHER 45-1hr to get 23 dollars back! This person was beyond rude, and I hope this restaurant will be flagged as having the worst customer service I have ever personally encountered in a service industry.Desired Settlement: refund on the rack of ribs, but really it should be the entire ticket. Everything was cold and did not taste fresh. They were out of everything on their menu, and I feel as though this food was whatever they had left over. The only just thing to do would be to get a refund on the rack of ribs.
