In regards to complaint number [redacted]When this customer brought the set into our shop, I asked him to set it on it's end and lean it against the wall. He then explained to me about dropping the set and cracking the bezel. There was some black duck tape covering the bezel and a part of the screen,...

he pulled the tape off to show be the area that the bezel was cracked. Unfortunately when he pulled the tape off the LCD screen it was pulled away from the bezel. I didn't think of that much at that time. We never turned the set on the check the complaint about the backlight show around the bezel. After some researching, I found that the bezel is not available separately, it only comes with the LCD screen which cost $420.00, plus core charge of $84.00 and labor $98.00. I updated the customer about this and decided not to do the repair. He came back and picked up the set just ware he left it against the wall. This means we never touched or moved the set at all.
