Buyer beware
Absolutely abysmal customer service; the company fails to respond to emails, does not answer their phone, and the voicemail box that you finally reach when calling them is full, making it impossible to even leave them a message--not that they'd be likely to return it anyway. I know that Covid-19 has impacted a lot of businesses, but I buy a lot of stuff online--including a dozen purchases over the last three or four months during the height of the pandemic--and this is the worst online purchase experience by far. I've experienced far better customer service from sellers halfway around the world than from this outfit.

I ordered parts that were advertised as "In-Stock. Same Day Shipping." The parts did not ship for more than a week after I ordered them, and then only after I complained to PayPal. And furthermore, despite the fact that I finally received a shipping confirmation email from them, I'm not at all sure that the parts have actually shipped. The original, automatically-generated order confirmation email stated, "To ensure your satisfaction, we will inform you when your order is on its way to you. Keep an eye on your inbox for a shipping confirmation email, which will include your tracking number." The shipping confirmation email that I received does NOT contain a tracking number, making me wonder if the order has really shipped or if this is just a ploy to keep both me and PayPal off their back for a few more days. I strongly recommend that you take your business elsewhere.

Looooong waiting ....wroooong part..
after more then a month I receved something completly different from what I have ordered?

I ordered a part on July 7th and didn't hear anything back from them so today on the 14th I called and had to keep calling back to get a hold of a CSRThey told me the part had to be special ordered and I will receive it by the end of next week and then hung up on me before I could finish asking my questions...Why didn't they contact me to tell that I would have to wait longer for a part I need? If I had known I would have to wait calendar weeks to get the part I wouldn't have purchased it from themJust a heads up for anyone else I would call and ask them if they have the actual parts you need before you orderVery sour taste in my mouth, This is a case of not having best practices for the consumer

I wish I would of done a review search on toolpartspro before I went ahead and purchased a itemI usually go with ebay but I found the item that I needed really bad at this company so they excepted paypal so I went ahead and ordered from them since I needed this item really bad I ordered just a simple chuck for my drill from them on the 16th of Sep as of today I have not received it nor when I go to there track order does it show they have even tried to send itso its been days now and nothingThey do not have a place where you can cancel order online and I would rather not call themIf I could cancel without calling I would of done so by now and tried elsewhere to get the chuck I needed already I have emailed them but they do not reply at allIf you read thisTake it from me stay far away from ordering from this company, no communication, no hurry to shipNothing

I was looking for a replacement arbor bolt (holds the blade on) for my old Delta miter saw Everywhere I looked it was a "discontinued" partToolpartsPro.com listed it as "in stock" After placing my order I received an email from PayPal about the purchase, but not from ToolpartsProAfter several more days, I began to worryAfter days, however, I received an email from ToolpartsPro saying that the item had shipped, and it listed a tracking numberdays later it was in my mailbox, three weeks from ordering The special left-hand threads were correct and the thread length was rightThe buiflange on the bolt was slightly smaller, but it still works fine They could be a little more attentive with communicating with their customers, but I'm just glad to get my saw working again, and I thank ToolpartsPro.com for the hard-to-find part

I placed an order on 4/26/ I received an e-mail with an order number stating my order had been received, and my credit card was charged I have not received any more communication from the company I have not received a tracking number, so I'm assuming my order had not been shipped I have left multiple messages and sent multiple e-mails, but no one from the company has responded to any of them I have no idea if there are real people who work at this place I wish I had looked at reviews for this website prior to placing my order I have never dealt with a company who never has anyone answer the phone or return messages or e-mails Today, you can't even leave a message You get a busy signal when you are transferred to the operator

The customer is correct the part was received damaged and we shipped out his order as soon as the replacement was received. The tracking information for his shipment is "Shipped 1/29/3:37:PM Tracking# ***" This was shipped via UPS Ground an upgrade in shipping as
the customer only paid for the basic shipping option of USPS
