Top Brass in Salida, CO is without a doubt in my experience the most, from top to bottom, the most unethical business I have ever encountered. The General Manager of Top Brass has serious conflict of interest issues by recruiting his employees in a travel network marketing scheme. When confronted with very serious Sexual harassment complaints to him and the corporate Human Resources manager he and she where totally inept and and only covered up the issue to protect themselves. This place contracts with the government. This company should adhere to similiar regs as enforced in the military and other government agencies. They produce ammunition components? Wow! As a retired Military officer with a great deal of experience with many weapons systems I would not want to use anything Top Brass produces. The company should be investigated by the appropriate agencies including the EEOC. ALL employees should undergo immeadiate Drug Screens as illegal drug use is rampant. It would probally shut down the plant if Federal law is enforced. Do not support this company in any way if Morality and ethics are important to you.
