Just a brief background, the universal ac adaptors for laptops have many tips which fits different brand name laptops. We carry a variety of ac adaptors for different brand of laptops including...

Samsung which are both universal and non-universal where it is made just for that brand of laptop. The universal adaptors are usually cheaper than the single tip adaptors. At the time of purchase we had no stock of universal ac adaptor for Samsung. The salesman told the customer so and showed him the non-universal laptop adaptor with a single tip for Samsung laptop and purchased the product and it works. That is the price of the adaptor at store, and he purchased it. He could have purchased on line if he chose to. Our store policy is no refund and clearly stated in the store, and in the receipt. If the customer has an issue with the adaptor, we will issue full store credit. Thanks

The salesman told the customer that adaptor is for Samsung laptop with exact voltage and Amperage and gave the price to the customer, he agreed and paid. As to the claim that does not fit, the adaptor fits the laptop, and told the customer to came back and bring the laptop with him to the store to see. Never did. We even have Samsung laptop in the store to show him.We do not match online or other stores prices.However, we will issue a $25.00 store credit to the customer to other purchases.Please have the customer ask for me (Dave) to issue the credit for himThanks Dave Z[redacted], Manager

I was trying to buy an "Universal or the Original AC adapter charger for my laptop Samsung," I asked for the prices, but they did not have universals ac adapters so the seller told me that the original Samsung ac charger adapter price was $76 plus tax the total was $80 dollars. I asked why so expensive? so he said that I had to order online if I wanted to get it more cheaper plus I had to wait, I did not wanted to wait so I bought it from the store, "He said it was the Original Samsung ac adapter and He miss spelled Samsung with samsun" when I got to my apartment I realized it was not a Samsung ac adapter, it was from another company an [redacted] ac adapter, so I went to the stores and told him that he did not sell me an Original AC Samsung adapter, he started looking for the Samsung ac adapters but told me he did not have any so he needed to order it online and I had to wait 2 days. I told him,I did not have time for waiting and if I wanted to get it online, I would not pay $80 because they are around $25-$30. So if he can't exchange it for an Universal or the Original, then I wanted my money back, but he told me that they do not give money back plus even if they'll order it online the price was still $80 because I bought it from the store.Desired Settlement: They were not able to exchange it because they did not have it since the beginning, they wanted my $80 dollar so they could order it online and make profit with it, plus the waiting, I never agreed with online shopping with them. their policy said that they do not refund. I bought an Universal AC adapter charge from a different store I paid $40 because I need it the same day. I am a Veteran and I want my money back $80 and I will return their fake product.
