Misrepresentation of product and failure to perform service properly On Feb I went to Mighty Wash Lube & Tune at XXXX XXnd Stto get an oil changeAfter they drained the oil, they then asked me what kind of oil I wanted I asked for Quaker State and they said they no longer carried Quaker StateI did not want any other brand but they had already drained the oil so I had no choiceI asked for Pennzoil and they pointed to the pump and said that was Pennzoil but in fact it was Golden WestThe associate assured me it was a Pennzoil productI was uncomfortable with this so after I got home I contacted Shell, who owns Pennzoil, by email and they said that Golden West is NOT a Shell/Pennzoil product! So, the employees at Mighty Wash Lube & Tune flat out lied to meI asked for 10/W oil but have no idea what they put in thereObviously if they lied about one thing they will lie about anotherThey also checked off that they checked everything which in fact all they checked
