Hi, I'm following up about a letter I receivedI was not aware I needed to reach out to anyone but the customer, so I reached out to him the day I received the first letter. I'm not sure what other information you need, but please let me know if I need to provide anything

We give each and every one of our customers a guarantee that if, by chance, they are not satisfied with
their order, a refund will be issued...no questions askedThis "honor guarantee" as we call it, is printed on the inside flap of each and every one of our pizza boxesIf future issues should arise with ANY customer of Toppers Pizza, a quick call to the store is all that is needed to process a refund
Typically, we don't find it worthwhile to defend ourselves in cases where a customer is not satisfiedWhether we made a mistake or not isn't importantWhat's important is that we do what it takes to keep our customers coming backHowever, in this instance, we find it appropriate to defend ourselves since the integrity of our team has been challenged in what could potentially become a very public venueLet me apologize in advance to Mr*** for having to refute his accusations
The implication that our team may intentionally charge a higher, erroneous price is an accusation that couldn't be further from the truthI've attached a screenshot of our sales records from XX-X-XXXX showing that Mr*** purchased a Large Toppers Classic at the pre-tax price of $This is precisely the price as advertised within our menu (also attached), within our store, and onlineSince we opened our doors in 2014, we have never featured a Large Toppers Classic at the $price point discussed by Mr***
Lastly, in viewing our attached menu, it becomes apparent why one of our team members tried to offer Mr*** our current Pizza and Stix deal for $This offer would have given him the same pizza and an order of cheese sticks for 50-cents less than the menu price of the pizza aloneOur order taker was simply trying to add value to Mr***'s experienceI apologize on behalf of my team that we weren't clearer in explaining this
With that being said, I hope to reiterate that examining the validity of customer complaints is not commonplace with our companyIf a customer finds it necessary to complain, it's obvious that we failed to provide adequate value to them in their experienceFor that reason, we are glad to issue a full refund to Mr*** and request that he continues to try our food in the future

Please avoid spending money for this useless and time wasting exercise. Like all of us I was also so enthusiastic about this hair growth treatment. I started 2012 and continued extensively and enthusiastically until February 2014. [redacted] was supportive and helped me with all of my questions and concerns during the course, but it did not have any result and it was simply our time wasting strategy. I was told that this is the only holistic treatment available for hair growth in this world, I took this treatment for more than one and half year with out any improvement. Their staffs were very curious only to sell their products to us, but not for the treatment because they knew that this will not work for us . February 2014 I was desperately asking on my hair growth result to them, then they suggested to take hormone prescription drugs which are very dangerous ( can cause cancer or some unwanted side effects) and I did not accept to go in that route. In this process for the treatment I paid $ 1700 without having any improvement and result on my hair growth. I asked compensation for this non-working treatment. They simply denied by saying "Service is provided". I am deeply disappointed and mentally worried about the way they treated me there after that. For me it is purely waste of money. Instead I could have given this money to a beggar that might have brought me some sort satisfaction. That is why I decided to write this review to give awareness to the innocent public about this organization.
When you ask for compensation, they will refer the initial document which will not say about any money back guarantee, so be careful about that. While they do their marketing, they promise that this will work 100% for everybody. But this is totally not true. It is simply money grabbing strategy from the ambitious people like us.

We were given a 9:15 PM delivery estimate. It is currently 11:00 PM, we have had no contact from Toppers, and none of our calls to the store are being answered.
