We will not return any money, we have responded to several issues she calls "call backs" and they were not "call backs". She is already calling her puddle of water a "call back" without us even evaluating it. She has taken money off an agreed price after we finished our work. I
will be happy to go investigate the problem with our local Building Official. We do not run from our responsibilities, we also do not have a customer dictate to us the outcome before we come and investigte the issue. She will need to use another company at this time. I have contacted the local Building Official and explained it to himWe will not return to this customers house at this time

I am rejecting this response because: I have been calling denise for 8 months trying to get Vinny to come out and check the leak and she kept telling me he will call you back and never did. He has not once come out to look at the leak but told denise to tell me it was nothing he did wrong. He was not the one that did my plumbing he sent someone else so I'm not sure how he can make that determination with never coming out. Denise finally scheduled a service call on 2-6 between 1-3 when the pipe was pouring water into my basement when I tried to shower and I called 2-5 after hours to. she asked if this was the same pipe I have been calling about and I said yes. it must have finally gave out after me calling for so long and Vinny refusing to come out.  I got a call on 2-6 at almost 2:30 that vinny would not be coming out and he was advised to do so by the building department. Upon calling the building department they deemed that information false and are coming out today at 1:30 to meet with me. I was also told that Vinny never pulled a permit to do the plumbing. All I have been asking over the last 8 months is for him to come and check the leak instead he has neglected to return my calls. I have a video that I will be more than happy to share of the plumbing actively leaking. Vinny did come to my home on a few occasions after but it was because of the following issues1. he never installed my shower head2. He did not install my bathroom sink as planned3. the water spout in my tub was not properly secured and pulled out of the wall the first time I went to start the water4. he did not change the plumbing in the basement as we discuss but rather moved my washer shut off which I did not ask to be doneSo yes he did come out numerous times but it was to fix the mistakes of whoever he hired to come out.  We agreed to a lower price when I found out that vinny had taken my sub pump out of my home without my permission so the price was lowered to pay off the cost of my sub pump that was taken without permission.
