We reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11614652, and find the resolution is satisfactory to me. Ed Hanawalt has offered to look into installing the chimney cap if it is in stock. We accept his offer, contingent upon a 3rd party review of Hanawalt Exterior's work. Our acceptance is also contingent upon Hanawalt Exteriors providing a workmanship warranty and maintenance details, in writing (please email), prior to the start of the job. Thank you.

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.I would point out that, had the business shared that information with me to begin with, and had they returned calls as promised, this complaint would not have been necessary. I find it interesting that there will be a 2-3 week time frame for completion when I was told it was ready for pick up last Friday.  You will understand that I don't have much trust at this point. I accept the response but would like to know if this complaint remains open until the job is actually completed, or will I have to refile a complaint if it is not.

Hanawalt Exteriors would like to seek an amicable resolution to the client's complaint. Edward Hanawalt  was unavailable to directly contact the client per her request last week. He has however recently tried to contact the client via email and telephone.If we are unable to successfully...

address the client's concern about the chimney cap with direct contact with the client then we would like the Revdex.com to help us reconciliation process on this issue.

Hanawalt Exteriors has come to an agreement with the homeowner to have the originally agreed chimney cap installed for no additional cost. We apologize for any inconvenience.
