Hello,The coach was returned to us from *** after they performed the repairsWe did not handle any of these factory repairs which were arranged between the customer and *** factoryDid *** make a request to the *** factory to address the rotting wood? We only acted as a drop off - pick up point on this repair.We cleaned the coach inside and out for *** prior to pick upUnfortunately, the hail storm affected several hundred coaches on both of our Wheat Ridge RV sales lots and is an act of natureWe alerted *** and many other customers about the damages as soon as we could*** authorized us to complete the repairs. It is not our attention to ever cause a customer to not want to do business with us again. We are very sorry *** feels we let her down

We have done all that we can to assist this customer. It was only after we received parts that he notified us that he was in Arizona and wanted us to ship the parts there. We pay the manufacturer for the warranty parts and do not get reimbursed until we perform the work and return the defective...

parts to the factory that built his unit. We did however get the manufacturer to let us give him the parts for a company in Arizona to repair.

I am rejecting this response because:There are still water stains and rotting trim in the pass through compartment that should be fixed.  I believe the dealer should make sure these are fixed as well and represent us with [redacted] since they sold us the deffective camper.  We did pick up the camper as we were told to "pick it up and use it and see if anything else needs to be fixed."  We have now spent 10 hours of our time hauling the camper back and forth.  In addition, we were charged $185 to fix hail damage from a hail storm while the camper was on the dealer's property.  They didn't even offer a discount considering everything we have been through.  The customer service after the sale is greatly lacking at this dealership.  However, we do not want to ever work with them again and will find another [redacted] dealership to work with.

The RV was returned to [redacted] for service per [redacted]. Once the coach was there, we have no communication with the factory until the coach is returned to us, unfortunately. This type of complaint (factory defect) is not something we are equipped to handle and when the factory agrees to repair...

issues such as this, we are out of the loop. The coach has been returned from [redacted] and we completed our transaction with [redacted] on Saturday 6/3/17. We are never happy when service goes badly with customers and hope this satisfies [redacted]'s request and complaint.   I bought a brand new [redacted] in November of 2016. We brought it home (two hours away) and a few weeks later it flooded during a rain storm. We had not even used it yet. We drove it all the way back to the dealer and a few they told us they would have to ship it back to [redacted] to be repaired. Several months later the unit is back. We drove down to pick it up and there are still water stains and the unit was filthy. Definitely not in the new condition we bought it in. We are also concerned about mold in the underbelly. We were told to leave the unit a few more weeks so they could double check the underbelly and make a few more minor repairs and get it cleaned.. Keep in mind this is a brand new unit that has never been used. Now it is the end of May and we are wanting to pick up the unit. We were told that it would be completed and detailed. Now when I call no one seems to know whats happening with the unit. They tell me to just come pick it up but I do not want to drive all that way to find out we still have problems. The last person I spoke to is now out of the office for several days. In addition, I have been told that there is minor hail damage from a storm while it was on their property. This whole purchase experience has been a nightmare!
