TRAK Property Management Group is an absolutely amazing company We have worked with them for nearly a year now, and they have fixed every single problem that we had as a result of a bad experience with a different company The property manager makes us feel as though we are her only customer, even though she manages several other villages in our community She is here every day, and has even come out at night in the middle of a rainstorm to check on whether the roof gutters were draining properly TRAK has saved us thousands of dollars this year As the President of the Association, I feel as though TRAK has lifted the weight of the world from my shoulders Their work is always done perfectly, with sensitivity, care, and attention to detail I cannot recommend them highly enough A++++++++++

Horrible experience. After paying over 20k for an assessment they are claiming it was 4 days late so they are attempting to place a lien on my property. I have proof of my checks going out and why they decided to hold my checks is beyond me. This company is very unethical. I urge people to stay away. They also can't manage a property correctly EVERYTIME I go to check on my property there is something wrong with the building whether it's the elevator, dirty grounds, or just an over all smell of filth. Stay clear!
