you can never get anyone on the phone and they never call you back. if they make a mistake they aren't so quick to correct it but they are very quick to cancel your policy.

Review: I arranged with Mr. Paul G[redacted] to have life insurance. I had my health exam and lab work. He told me by phone he was ready to deliver the contract and I would be able coordinate the payment plan with him. He never coordinated delivery of my life insurance policy with Transamerican. I have made many contact voice mail messages, emails and he has never returned my call.

He has my SS# and personal information. I want it back and to be certain he is not invading my SS# and bank accounts and creating identity theft.Desired Settlement: I was my financial and personal information insured to be secure. I want Transamerican not Paul G[redacted] to provide my life insurance policy. I want his company to investigate his recurrent malicious behaviors and abuse of innocent customers.
