Response from hotelRef# id - 11832368Guest name Y*** ***Dear Revdex.com,I have spoken to the desks on duty on this guest check in day and went through all paperwork case, the guest checked in at the hotel at PM on the day in question time and date was confirmed on guest paper registration
foliosThe guest did not inform the front desk after checking that day of the issues in questionsThe Guest comes into front desk office at pm and complains the guest was told by the front desk personnel on duty he will come and check on the complaint as soon as the guest he was waiting on to check in had done so but the guest got very angry very argumentative so the desk clerk desk closed up the desk and went to access the issue he said he did clean up whatever the issue wereThe guest rendered services on all five rooms there are no bed bugs the staff was respectful and concerned and apologetic of the guest concerns did take care of the situation as soon as he couldThe hotel can not issue refund as services were fully rendered on all rooms for the full nSincerelyVagabond lnn
