Review: I paid for the shipping of a limited edition Lladro and it arrived broken. I had to reimburse thebuyer $1450.00. I paid Transportation Solutions, Inc. $395.00 for the shipping and insurance ofthis Lladro. [redacted], has been promising to reimburse me the shipping charges since April 2014. I have e-mails from him stating that he will reimburse me. After many phone calls and promises he offered me a settlement of $500.00 if I would not accuse him of Fraud. Attached is a copy of the email from [redacted] dated 8/**/14:Good Afternoon:Sorry for not calling you yesterday evening but I have been in a lot of pain from a problem with my back ([redacted]). If you would send me an email releasing us from any and all liability for this shipment, with an additional reference that there was never any intention of fraud on the part of Transportation Solutions I will send you a check in the amount of $500. In addition, I plan to pursue the claim with FEDEX in small claims court. If I am successful, I will reimburse you an additional amount based on the amount I recover from FEDEX.I agreed to the settlement and since then every week he promises to send the check(see below his latest e-mail):HORTENSE: I WILL GET A CHECK OUT TO YOU OVER THE WEEKEND. I HAVE BEEN IN THE HOSPITAL FOR THE LAST WEEK. I JUST GOT OUT LAST NIGHT. I WILL EMAIL YOU A CONFIRMATION ONCE I KNOW THE CHECK IS MAILED. THANKSI have 10 other e-mails with bogus promises and no check. [redacted] is an unreliable business man and evidently runs a shady business as far as I am concerned. This is not a company that you can trust valuable shipping with and it is misrepresented by very poor management by [redacted] is not running a professional shipping business speaks from both side of his mouth and cannot be trusted.Desired Settlement: I want to be reimbursed for the settlement offered of $500.00.
