Trapper Kings

Business failed to return to complete contracted job.Had a contract with Trapper Kings back in April/May for bat removal and repair to house for damages incurred by bats. Had contract in place guaranteeing work performed if bats come back within a year. This past August/September homeowners noticed bats came back. Paid Trapper Kings $300 to repair roof shingles where bats found a way in. Bats were also coming in through gable vent which was previously repaired by Trapper Kings. Pipe was placed early September and Trapper Kings said they would come back to remove pipe and replace gable vent as there was new damage to vent as per Trapper Kings. Trapper Kings never returned back to remove pipe and replace gable vent. Have called and left messages over the past 3 1/2 weeks with no callback. Work that was guaranteed under contract was left uncompleted by Trapper Kings. Desired SettlementWe are asking for the job to finished promptly, properly and correctly. All we wanted was the job to be finished which entails the pipe being removed and the gable vent replaced. If business isn't able to complete the job a refund should be issued so homeowners can find other reliable business to fix the unfinished work as soon as possible.
