Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I would like to keep this complaint openWe have been in contact with [redacted] 's, who sold us the stove, they will replace the main control board that was sent to them from Travis Industry In speaking with [redacted] , he had no idea if the replacement of the control board would solve the issue, but will install it as soon as possible We are not running the stove now, of course, because of the outside temperatureWe will not know if this resolves the issue until we run the stove when the temperature changes in the fall Therefore we would like to keep the complaint open until we find out for sure if this resolves the problem Thank you very much,Sincerely, [redacted]
