This is in regards to the Service Complaint that I received in the mail. The complaint states that a woman emailed me asking if she could drop something off to me at my place of employment. She did not email me, she sent me a message via Facebook. When I sent my response to her message, I received an automated message from Facebook in red font that said "This person isn't receiving messages from you right now." As I tried again and again I kept receiving the same automated response. I got a message again a few days later from the same woman. I immediately tried to respond and again received the automated message "This person isn't receiving messages from you right now." After doing some research, I came to find out that when you receive this message the person has blocked you from messaging them on Facebook. I pride myself in excellent customer service, and as my Facebook page states I have a 100% response rate to all of my customer messages and inquiries. I would never deliberately ignore or disregard a message that I received.
In response to the desired settlement: I was blocked from messaging back to the woman who messaged me, and I was unable to send my response after multiple attempts. I had no control over the matter, as every time I attempted a response it would not go through. I was not ignoring the message, but I was unable to respond to it. I would recommend her checking the settings on her Facebook chat, as the woman may not be aware that she has me blocked from messaging back.
