We have read the statement that Mr*** has summited and disagree with his commentsHe came to our shop and his tire wasn't good and in fact wouldn't even hold airMr*** returned the next day asking about his tire which we had already disposed ofOur company disposes the tires as needed to meet the Indiana Tire Disposal guidelines and we didn't keep his tire to resale as he claimsMr*** never gave us instructions to keep his old tire because he had a warranty on itHe dropped his wheel of at our shop for a wheel repair and we informed him that his tire was bad and he told us to replace the tireHours later he called us telling us he didn't want the tireIt was to our inconvenience to dismount the tire that he told us to put onWhen Mr*** gave us permission to replace the bad tire we then and only then did we dispose of his old tireMr*** changed his mind but we cant be held accountable for his bad tire or his warrantyTreadz Automotive Howard ***
