Treasure Coast Car Wash & Detail Center, LLC

I was in the area and decided to try out the car wash. I was told they didn't take cash.
Gave them my credit card. Was then surprised to see they had made me a member when my credit card statement showed a $25.00 charge. I called the business, left a message, and got
no response. Next month another charge for $15.00. I called again left a message,and got no response. The next day I called my credit card company and disputed the charges. SHAZAAM
the next day I get a phone call from the manager. I explained what happened, she said you signed the contract. I said I signed for a car wash. She said I signed a contract. I said my next call is the Attorney General. She explained to me how to request a membership cancellation form. This is an unethical company and really should be investigated. Look up the reviews on other websites. I am not the first they have done this to.

Very bad! I drove up to the window to get a basic wash the girl told me if you pay with your card today you can come back for the month unlimited so I said ok. Didn't think much about it! Now I'm being charged 15.95! I called them and they were very rude and told me to come in for a refund I came in which was a process to even get into the place. And was told they didn't have enough money in the drawer and the would send me a check than proceeds to tell me if I dispute this with my bank they will take me to court excuse me. Very unprofessional!!!!

WARNING, WARNING!!! I would give this business five NEGATIVE stars if I could. CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! This place lacks everything a business should have good product, good management & employees, and good customer service. We started our membership the month they opened. I kept my membership for one year until I had had enough. My partner kept his membership for a little over two years. He finally realized there was no hope for this place; it just gets worse by the month. Soap does not get completely rinsed off of the vehicle, the air dryers do not blow all of the water and soap off. Once you round the corner your car sits in the sun and bakes outside. This is not good for the car. The employees don't care. They do not dry, vacuum, clean the interior well enough anymore to warrant continuing to patronize this business. We have to point out whole sides of the car that were missed. They used to apologize and take care of it now if you ask they walk away. If you complain to an employee or the owner for that matter you will be told that they don't need your business, they have plenty of customers. Well they have lost another. The "we have plenty of customers" attitude will sink a business and they are actively pursuing the doors closing. We have seen front and rear bumpers, mirrors, wipers, antenna, torn off in the carwash. It is always at the customers risk. The moment the words we'd like to cancel were spoken, this last time, the girl became very short and nasty. She promptly informed us that our membership would end immediately with no refund of any kind even though they had just taken out our monthly fee that has quietly gone up to $43.00 per month. That we will dispute with our credit card company and will win. It is sad that they STEAL your money and then do not want to give service in return. It's your fault if you choose to go here. I normally end my reviews with give them a try; I REFUSE to with this company.
One more thing you'll get to see the employees taking smoke breaks all over the property and sometimes you get a great make out show when boy friends or girl friends show up right at the entrance to Sam's Club. REAL CLASSY!!!!

This is a terrible car wash service using unethical tactics. Customer pays for a low one month charge and then unknowingly is roped in for three month high subscription rate. No terns are explained to the customer.
