Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Obviously, Roger refused to finish the job and left all the mess in my neighbors property while giving me some excuses about why he couldn't come clean it upThis created great conflict with my neighbors and caused them to pursue legal action against me, personally, if I don't have this mess cleaned up asapI understand it is his word against mine but who in the right mind would hire companies and pay double for one job to be completed? According to Labor & Industries he's not licensed properly because he only has a landscaper license, and he has the nerve to tell Revdex.com that he treat his client with respect Is that what you call respect and decency; he left me with the mess Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Obviously, Roger has no conscience and respect for others, and will never admit that he did not finish his job after being paidHe repeatedly made excuses and statementsThis will be the last time I will respond, since the damage he made has been doneIt's my loss by hiring another company to finish the jobIn regards to the insurance claim that was denied, it was because the mess was in my neighbor's propertyIf they would have complained, his insurance company would have paid for the mess he made, but I took care of itI believe in karma, let other people do it to him Sincerely, [redacted]

This client paid $in cash for the work that was completed and knew that my brush chipper wouldn't start at the job siteThey said they understood and was fine to have the branches chipped when our chipper was back from repair shopThat same evening, she called several times accusing me of
ripping her off even though only the work completed was paid for and she knew that the chipper wouldn't startShe continued to state that her neighbor was threatening to sue her for the limbs left and was adiment on the job being completed immediately.I am licensed, bonded and insured since and have always treated my clients with respect, this client crossed the line and severed our business relationship when she attacked me verbally with outrageous accusationsI received a phone call from an insurance adjuster stating that she claimed to have paid me $1300.00, I assured him that that is a statement

Once again, my chipper would not start at the job site and she witnessed that.  I could not chip the brush left  because of that reason. We agreed before I left that I would return as soon as the chipper was repaired to chip the brush and finish the job all together. I was paid for the work that I had completed that day, nothing more.This client lied to my insurance adjuster about how much she paid me and they denied her claim.       the site because of that reason. She continuously called me that evening about how her neighbor wanted to take legal action against her because of the mess and I assured her that as soon as my chipper was back from being repaired that I would finish the job as previously discussed. Because she repeatedly called me about the situation, accusing me of wrong doing, I decided not to work for her any further. She paid me for what had been completed, she did not pay me for anything that wasn't done. My Insurance company has denied the claim

He repeatedly made excuses and false statements. This will be the last time I will respond, since the damage he made has been done. It's my loss by hiring another company to finish the job. In regards to the insurance claim that was denied, it was because the mess was in my neighbor's property. If they would have complained, his insurance company would have paid for the mess he made, but I took care of it. I believe in karma, let other people do it to him.
