Trent R. Redfearn, D.D.S. PC

Dr Trent Redfearn "fired" my family over 4 months ago, now I receive a bill without explaination. He also verbally harassed and threatened me.
On 4/12/2013 I had my last dental appointment for placement of two remaining crowns over implants. This appointment had already been pushed back for over three weeks due to "lab problems". I had already paid in full for my crowns months before this date and I still believe I am owed over 400$ since my insurance and my husband's insurance both paid more than what was originally estimated. Additionally, he still has not told me where he got a screw from that went into my head (he could not find the screw but at the last minute "found one" from someone else).

he was upset that the implants were crooked and not from one of his preferred surgeons, although he knew this was the case all along and took my money and agreed to place my crowns. he yelled at me and shamed me and bullied me for crying at the appointment and "fired" me and my family and barely gave me any instructions for my implants. He even told me on that day that he was, 'closing the books on me immediately' . No follow up or how are you doing or anything, and now I get a bill without explaination for over $1,500 four months later when actually I believe I was owed over $400. The books seem to be cooked in this situation. I'm afraid to even ask him to forward my records to our new dentist, for fear he will find some reason to charge me a bunch more money, even though he told me he would forward my family's records " free of charge" when he fired me.

I have an appointment with the oral surgeon who placed my implants to review my progress on the implants and will most likely have to incur further charges for this since Dr Trent Redfearn has "fired" my family after having seen us for about three years and our family has paid him thousands of dollars over the years. he mocked me for mentioning this at our last appointment, actually.
