Review: I had bought a laptop from the pawn store in [redacted] on august 1st 2015, I was browsing and looking at the laptops they had up for sale. I saw there were many and to my surprise they were being not helpful at all and a younger man came over telling me to rudely "buy a laptop now because you are being a nuisance looking at all my laptops and making my worker loose work" So I decided to purchase the [redacted] laptop, to my dismay I noticed a few problems with the laptop itself such as various viruses and loose parts. I brought it back home where I looked it over and turned it on which I had cleaned and made sure I clean installed a newer OS, here is where things went from bad to worse: The battery is fake according to the manufacturer they did not make this battery and also had gotten a bad power adapter which doesn't charge the battery regardless of what charger I use, I had saw that the laptop had been gutted and parts were missing including a discrete video card and missing other internal parts. I had contacted [redacted] which they told me I needed to return the defective fake product back were I bought it and get my money back, I tried to however this pawn store never gave me a receipt upon asking the owner said "all sales final here" I have since had more problems with the computer and do not want it, especially when I found out about the parts that are missing and the pawn store giving me a problem saying I had something to do with it and refuse to hear me out. I normally never do business with this pawnbroker and will never after this case. Several people told me to get my money back or at least store credit since it's a defective product that was on sale to buy. I paid $180 in cash for the item which can be proven by my witness that gave me the money to buy her a laptop with. I contacted them and the man I spoke with said he couldn't help me or do very little for me this is unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the price of $180.00 US dollars which I paid for the defective laptop Had I known it was as bad as I know it is, I would of never bought or did any business with the pawn store I just want my money back I will go back in person and get it back when I hear back. If for some reason they cannot refund me, then at least give me a real working replacement laptop of choice, or store credit in the amount of $180.00. I hope to settle this like men and professionally in nature
