We are sorry that the customer was unhappy with their ordering experience. I have
indicated the offer details below:
Every order includes Mattress Wedges™ Pillow Cases, and storage pocketsOrder the Full/Queen size for $plus $p&h plus a second Full/Queen one for FREE; just pay
separate $p&h.
There were two different orders placed on the same day, one for one set of two (as described above) and the second order for
two sets of two for a total of four
It does take some time for the orders to upload into our customer service system and when it did they shipped out
immediately We advised the customer to refuse delivery on the shipments.
Since quality customer service is very important to us, I have issued credit for both orders for $and $49.85. These credits should reflect on their next
billing statement.

Review: I placed an online order for Mattress Wedge. The website is confusing and two orders were processed for me.

I immediately called Customer Service to cancel the orders. CSR would not allow me to do so--said that I would

have to call back within 3 hours after orders "had uploaded in their system". I called back five times on 10/**/2014,

the day of my order. Each time I was told that I could not cancel the orders because they had not been uploaded in

the system. The last time I called, right before their closing hours, I was told by the CSR [redacted] to call back in the morning

of 10/** and my cancellation would be taken care of. I called back on the morning of 10/** as directed and was told that

my orders had been processed overnight and it was "too late" to cancel them. I want these orders cancelled and my money refunded

to my credit card. CSR told me that the only option was to return the merchandise after I received it. My money would be refunded MINUS

THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS which are outrageous. Very poor business practice. Website has no review page before order is submitted

allowing the consumer to know of what the final costs are.Desired Settlement: I want the orders cancelled--not shipped--and the charges refunded to my credit card.

two sets of two for a total of four.
