We regret we were unable satisfy Mrs [redacted] with her project The following is the response we submitted to her Angie's List review of August 19, As she is not a member of Angie's List - nor had she paid for their SnapFix referral - Angie's List members do not see her comments However, I have no problem making them public as her intent is clearly to cast an ill light on my company.I am rather confused by her statements to the Revdex.com as well as her varying story lines to both Angie's List and the Revdex.com We do not operate our business based on verbal contracts, in person or by telephone, nor do we proceed on any project without a signed written agreement.Again, we are sorry for any inconvenience she may have experienced However, her extensive removal of pictures and counter top items were not required by the few areas we inspected [and proposed to repair as part of a much larger project] on our original site visit When confirming the areas to be repaired, it was quite obvious she had decided to replace a larger area rather repair those initially indicatedAs she offered to me in explanation, "I must have confused you with another contractor."
