***, Tri-State’s Billing Manager, Kathy K***, and myself reviewed all documentation pertaining to *** ***’s complaint. I asked Kathy to review the data and submit a brief overview of those documents. Attached are the documents and below is an explanation of each
one. If you look at the first attachment, which is a breakdown of the account you will see that after we adjusted our charge the patient owed Tri-State $1422.13. She took out a loan via *** *** for $1000.00. The $was applied to the patient’s deducible, which left a balance of $422.13. Please let me know if you require more.
