We have received the Revdex.com complaint about our business on October 7th After reviewing the complaints *** and contacting our outside collection agency *** *** ***Our company has attached the items for review, the service agreement signed with terms by Mr***, a copy of
ledger (itemized statement service invoices with services dates rendered and any letter(s) sent to Mr*** from our companyMr*** signed a (1) one year service agreement; terms consists of (5) Five Quarterly services which only (2) two were rendered, therefore the discounted offer (remit fee) of $was charged back to the customeron numerous occasions our company has tried contacting Mr*** by way of monthly billing statements and multiple phone regarding services rendered and outstanding balance, to which there was no response, therefore, the account closedAfter the service was stopped our company attempted to make contact with Mr*** once more b*** referred his account to *** *** *** Letter Service Program for collection of debtWe have also extended offer to Mr*** on March 17th, to write off a portion of the balance to help clear the account with hi*** letter was mailed to his home we have on file and was not returned to us (See attached letter)We also made a collection call April 4th, to clear up the account before we submitted it to *** *** *** for Collection. Since contact from Revdex.com we have contacted *** *** *** and have found that (4) four letters were se*** Mr***, (2) two letters were sent to the Columbia address and was not returnedHowever, periodically collection agency searches their data base to check for any new or updated addresses for customersThe collection agency located and sent (2) two letters to the new addressThese (2) letters were returned back to the collection agencyMr*** contacted *** *** *** on September 21st, to inform them of the incorrect address and to dispute the service at which point Revdex.com has contacted us.We will offer a discount to Mr*** to pay $which is the balance of service rendered on July 31st, write off the remainder of the balance $which is the discount offer and the late fees on the accountWe this is a fair offer as he had received a discount at the first service for $for authorizing a year term service value, so with this discount he has received (2) two services at approximately $charge per service, If you have any questions please contact me at 209-668-3133.Thank You,Jack AdamsManager
