Promised to pay for my tag difference between regular and a for hire never did also the nav system is broken and he sent me a bad nav diskIt he seller charged me for paper work and promised me that he will pay everything to get me a for hire tag but he got me a regular tag and I had to pay the difference The nav system doesn't work he sent me an old disk that doesn't work when I tried to ask him nicely I found that my phone number was blocked I had to call him from a new number and when I did he hung up the phone He showed me a [redacted] with no accidents how ever the vehicle was painted and he was aware and never told me Very bad experience with them my worst buying experience everDesired SettlementHe needs to pay me the difference in my for hire tag also get the nav system replaced or fixedBusiness Response Thank you for giving business's like me the ability to reply and defend ourselves when we are maliciously attacked for unfair reasons when customers do not want to be responsible for their actions and decisions. With that being said here is my reply to case # [redacted] .Mr. [redacted] purchased the car from us in an "AS IS CONDITION". He was offered a warranty and waived his right to purchase. He was given the option to take to any place of his choice to have car inspected before purchase but refused. . All of this was agreed to by Mr [redacted] and signed off by him as well. Mr [redacted] also signed the following forms "AS IS / NON GUARENTEED USED CAR / CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCE FORM /WARRANTY WAIVER/ AND A CARFAX THAT SHOWES NO PAINT WORK OR ACCIDENTS" . After him checking over the car he asked for a very large discount off of the car that we had already agreed to a purchase price. He checked car over himself and found nothing wrong but a scratched up DVD disc that was not letting navigation work properly at all times. He wanted $2000 off for a $100 DVD navigation disc. When he was told that we could not do that he got very confrontational and very abusive to my manager and refused to leave. He sat in our office and refused to leave until we discounted the car and sell it to him. This went on for over an hour and he got more aggressive and verbally abusive to my manager as each minute passed. We asked him to leave as we did not want to sell him the car but he got even more aggressive and demanded that he purchase it. He finally calmed down enough that he and my manager worked out a deal and that he was given a $680 discount on the car as well as we promised him 1 spare key and 1 navigation disk. Mr [redacted] knew upfront that we did not collect any money for his for hire tag. I have signed paperwork to prove that as well. After all of the paperwork and deal were complete Mr. [redacted] asked one of our employees to follow him to drop of his rental car and we agreed. When Mr. [redacted] tried to drop off his rental car they said he would incur a $25 early drop off fee so he got very confrontational with the rental car people and refused to drop his rental car. He drove his rental car back to our dealership after keeping the manager and driver 4 hours past our close time over a $25 early drop of fee to only leave his car and call to tell my manager that the car needed to be returned to Rental Company the next am. My employees had over 5 hours of their personal time trying to help him all so he could save $25. The same employees that he was very rude and disrespectful to hours earlier. Mr. [redacted] received over $800 it total discount on the car as well as lost personal time from my employees. My [redacted] signed all paperwork agreeing to the discounted price, the condition of the car as well as our promise to provide him with 1 spare key which he was mailed as well as a 1 nav disk which we mailed two.The first one he stated he never received so I sent another and that's when the harassment started with him. He called us and left very explicit voice mails on our work voice mail over a navigation disk. He purchased a 2010 model but demanded a new 2015 nav disk. I asked my manager to give him my personal cell number and that's when he started to do the same to me until I had to block his calls. He said on our business as well as my personal voice mail that very bad things were going to happen to us as well as he would make sure we would be out of business. Mr. [redacted] was given service well above and beyond as well as everything that he was promised. Mr. [redacted] is just looking for something for free and we do not cower down to thugs and bullies just because they pout and don't get there way. I have everything signed that he was promised as well as proof that he received the promised items and this is nothing more than an extortion attempt to get something for nothing. We sell hundreds of cars a year with less than 0.0087% complaints so I know that we do business the correct way as well as our A+ rating with the [redacted]. I can be reached at [redacted] if you need any additional proof to squash this frivolous Revdex.com Complaint.
