Review: I had paid Tri-Boro Realty for an apartment rental on May **, 2014. The apartment was not ready on the move in date. While all of my possessions were in the moving truck, the realtor, Eiman M[redacted], on behalf of the landlord, instructed me in writing not to move in, to send my possessions into storage, and that my money will be refunded back, while she attempt to find me a new apartment. She never did and has failed to return back the agency fee for this failed deal.

I have already sued the landlords in Queens Civil Court, where the court ruled in my favor based on written text messages and e-mails from Eiman M[redacted], and the landlords promptly paid me the deposit and rent they were withholding from me. The landlords were at fault and the agency has wrongfully withheld this money for a service they failed to provide. If the agency feels they need to be compensated for this deal, then they should seek payment from the landlords who breached this contract.

I have attempted to contact the agency via e-mail and two certified letters. There has been no response to the e-mails and the certified letters were returned back to me. I have filed a law suit against them in Queens Civil Court.Desired Settlement: I am seeking a refund of my money and the interest it would have accrued for failure to provide service and withholding my money for over 18 months.

I also would like this information to be on record with the Revdex.com for future dealings with this agency.
