I am in the process of selling a home with an accepted offer, however, the inspection came back with a few issues in the crawl space that needs to be promptly attended to. I contacted Trimark late last week and they said they would be out there on Monday of this week. I didnt hear anything from them on Monday and had to call them repeatedly on Tuesday. On Wednesday they called me back and said two other projects came in and they had to pass on my project. I wasted a week on this company and now it may cost me to lose the sale on my house. This company does not stand by their word and cannot be trusted. They will drop your project in a heartbeat for something larger that they can make more money on. BEWARE! I will not do business with this company ever. I do alot of work around my house that they could have benefited from. Their loss. This company needs to be reviewed again by the Revdex.com.
