I reached out to this company to return the item. Other (requires explanation) I would like a full refund and can ship the item back to Chino, CA where it originally shipped from.
We authorized a refund for this client. All she had to do was return the item for a full refund. This was not acceptable to her as her shipping fees from her location, which stated in our returns policy are customers responsibility, to our offices was quite high. As a solution that was acceptable to her was to refund half the purchase price, which we did and she was able to keep the product.
We have fulfillment warehouses all over the world. These warehouses do not accept returns of product. Our policy is to return the items to our offices which are based in Canada. This is a valid policy and is clearly stated.
This solution was acceptable to the client and the refund was issued. If this was not a valid resolution, this should have been brought to our attention to resolve it rather than file a complaint. we will go ahead and refund the remaining $13.46.
