Review: On 5/15/15 we looked and test drove a vehicle that was listed for $5,900. We negotiated a price of $5,500 with Mike. On 5/16/15 we went to the dealer to take the vehicle to our mechanic who said the car appeared to be good. We told Mike and Tommy we were going to take the vehicle. After they drew up all the paperwork, the price we saw on the paperwork was $5,900. Prior to signing we questioned both of them saying that's not the price negotiated. We were told the extra $400 charge was a charge from Chase which is who we obtained a loan through. We didn't question any further. When we purchased the vehicle, we were told it would take about 2 weeks for the license plates to come. We called a few times and even went there to be told we would have them the following Tuesday since DMV was down. Since our temp plates were expiring within 2 days of then, we were given dealer plates so we were legal. After there was an issue with just getting our plates, we called Chase and spoke to a representative of Chase who said they didn't charge any fee for the auto loan. I am therefore entitled to a $400 refund since that is what I was told the fee from Chase was and they do not have any fee.Desired Settlement: Refund of the $400 overcharge.
