complaint. I do realize the complaint that Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] made is legitimate. I as a business owner have been very busy this summer and do regret not taking care of the business that I needed to for them. I will say that as a business owner we are not perfect and do make mistakes. I am sorry that the [redacted]s are disappointed. I am sending a check to them today, also with a list of what I have sold and the furniture that I still have sitting in my store. I am paying them for the furniture that has been sold. On my business behalf we did go above and beyond to help them move from the house that they sold here on the island. That is what I told them we would do to help them. I would also like to take the furniture that I have left in my store to a consignment store here on the island , so they can handle further business. They can sell it and send them the checks monthly ,as that is what their profession is. I will take it to the Consignment store in my trucks. Again, I ,as a business owner am sorry to have disappointed.The [redacted]s. I do apologize. Hopefully this will now resolve our conflict.
