manufacturer, and was told that it would take two weeks to get manufactured. Mr. [redacted] has an extended warranty policy with USA Travel Care. His policy covers broken parts and not maintenance. Mr. [redacted] requested us to repack all of his wheel bearings. Repacking is not covered under his policy. The USA Travel company, when contacted for approval would only pay my cost for any partsused which leaves me with no profit for the job. Therefor it is left for the customer to pay and seek reimbursement from USA Travel Company. This was explained to Mr. [redacted].Previously stated we had received the wrong parts & pricing, therefor there are changes made to the estimate and billing invoice.I do not know how better we could have treated Mr. [redacted], We had a lot full of clients coaches with deadlines for repair and we still took him in to assist him in his travels, putting him at the top of our list until the problem was resolved.Mr. [redacted] states that he made us mad due to him getting the brake drum is not true we were happy to be able to get his rig out of the way, however he only ordered the brake drum not the bearings and brake assy.

Review: On 5.26.15 just outside of [redacted] az my 5th wheel trailer had the rf wheel fall off while driving. Using the internet we found trotter's with a good Revdex.com rating so we took the trailer to them. We expand that we where traveling angd we had extended warranty to cover repair less the deductible and maintenance. Threy looked at the problem and said parts would be there tomorrow. The next day the part came in wrong and had to be reordered,at 3 pm I got a call saying it will be 2 weeks to get the parts, and g two he extended warranty is coving the repairs but not the bearning pack. I. Searched and found the part need and had it [redacted] overnight . This made them mad so wnen we came to pick up u our 5th wheel they would not take credit card payment from the extended warranty. With me looking at the estimate that they gave the extended warranty and was approved, they changed the prices on labor and the parts and basically told if I wanted my trailer I would have to pay it. So instead of paying 345.45 which what the extended warranty approve I had to pay 562.11 plus a bearing pack.. I was very surprised to be treated this way after had such a good rating.. more information and documents is available apon request. PleaseDesired Settlement: Billing adjustment of course, but I also. Think there rating with the Revdex.comshould be effected so others do fall for there trap. I would have been stuck in [redacted] for 2 weeks for a part that was at the manufacturer ,which in his own words " I don't have time to look for parts for you, I would not make any money..

We had recently contacted Trotters for an estimate to have a 5th wheel hitch installed in our dodge ram truck. We spoke to Mary at Trotters and she said she would look everything up and call us back with a quote. Mary called back and said they had a hitch in stock and the hitch and install would be 1055.00 but would need to order the correct rail kit. When the rail kit was in Mary called and said it was in but she forgot to charge so it would be another 170.00 which we agreed was an honest mistake, total to be 1225.00. When we had the hitch installed and went to pick up the truck Mary said I forgot to charge correctly and the total is 1795.55, which was 570.00 over what we thought our bill would be. We were very upset that there could be this much of a difference in the price we were quoted. Mary said sorry I gave you all the discounts I could on top of the price and mistakes happen. We were upset because we had estimates with other companys and Trotters came back the lowest so we went with them not knowing they gave us a false estimate. I believe if they make that much of an error they should be expected to eat some of the charges and not put it all on the customer. Thank You [redacted]
