Review: Email sent to business...."I ordered a peace lily plant for a friend of mine in Detroit what was the liver was a dozen roses. Plant and Roses two totally different things red roses that was delivered to a funeral would look like a Valentine's Day gifts or anything like that is quite insensitive. to doing [redacted] I went back to check my receipt just to make sure it wasn't me slippery thing but it shows that I ordered the peace lily so I called the number for this site I didn't get any response from the phone. So I'm sending this email in hopes that someone is looking out for the customer service aspect of this company. If not then I will follow suit with the Revdex.com Report. Please email me back with some sort of resolution for this situation." I have called twice and spoke to a Troys Florist customer care representative, they stated that the floral shop they placed the order with didn't have said plant so they substituted it for roses. The floral shop that delivered the order, Flowers on the avenue Owner [redacted] stated they had the plant in stock but Troysflorist.com placed an order for roses so thats what they fulfilled. I purchase a peace lily plant as a metaphor of vitality and living remembrance of my friends grandfather, but red roses was sent that is already wilting. This is insulting to my grieving friend and myself sending roses that are wilting already but was sent to be a memory. Red roses are the traditional symbol for love and romance, and a time-honored way to say "I love you." The red rose has long symbolized beauty and perfection. A bouquet of red roses is the perfect way to express your deep feelings for someone special not in a funeral setting. Troys Florist stated that they normally send a substitute although this is not mentioned on the website and they understand how I would be upset but stated they made a substitute so they could make the delivery. They made the decision to provide what they wanted and did not contact me to allow me to decide.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of [redacted] the price of above shipping. I called the business and spoke to a customer care rep twice who stated she would call me back. I sent the above mentioned email and I received no respone. Their tagline for contact reads "Please call us at 1.855.289.2800 or email us at [email protected] where you will receive a reply within seconds". All I wanted was the right plant to be delivered, the business is not trying to right their wrong so I rather a refund.

Review: I have ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend of ours for her birthday anniversary by 11/30/2013. The flowers came late on 12/3/2013 - the flower arrangement did not correspond to what was advertised and the flowers were not fresh - they wilted in just couple days.I have asked for the refund - I have got refusal (it was very heated) from their billing department - [redacted] (order number[redacted]). I called Customer Service - [redacted] and asked for the refund - same response.Desired Settlement: I need a refund. I spend about $** for late delivery, wrong and wilted flowers. I had to apologize to a friend of mine for this disservice.

Review: I ordered flowers for my Wife's Birthday totaling around $[redacted]. It was to be a large arrangement with lots of blue and white flowers in a blue vase, I made sure they were going to be able to deliver between 3 pm and 4 pm and told them what to write on the card. What she received was flowers delivered around 6 pm while no one was home, a card with simply my name and a small arrangement of purely white flowers with some greenery. The flowers were yellowing and a large part of the pedals were missing all together. I realize that the order was contracted to another florist to put together and deliver but the experience was not at all what I paid for. When I complained to Troy's they agreed to give me a 15% discount, which is not sufficient by me, and I never got the refund. She did receive flowers but the quality and size of the flowers were worth about $** not $**.Desired Settlement: I would like a reasonable refund $** would suit, since she did get the flowers

Review: Hard to know which category to file this complaint under. I placed an order with Troysflorist.com because they promised same day delivery for a rural area and I needed to order flowers for my mother's birthday. I tried to call them to confirm delivery and the phone number listed on their website just rings and rings with no answer or voicemail set up. I was unable to reach anyone. I had already tried emailing them earlier in the day to provide alternate contact information for the recipient. Their website promises a "rely within minutes" for any emails sent, I have yet to receive a reply and I emailed them nine hours ago. There is only a toll free number and no local number listed on their website, no other contact information besides the email address: [email protected]. I paid nearly $80 for a deliver of goods that have not been delivered to a business advertising same day delivery, excellent customer service and who is not responding to attempts to contact them. I did receive a confirmation email related to my order but no further contact.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund, in full and I would like the wording on their website changed! That is if this is even a legitimate business!!

Review: I had placed an order for flowers for my wife on Friday March 14, 2014. They did not get delivered I try calling and no answer. I send an email and they replied the next day sorry driver had emergency your on top of our list and they will get delivered Saturday. I replied back send them Monday because my wife doesnt work on Saturday. They did not listen and send them Saturday and my wife came to work Monday morning to see old flowers not fresh. I asked them to just refund the delivery fee for their mistake and they said Unfortunately we cannot give a credit back we are not that large of a company. Bad customer service.Desired Settlement: I just requested for a refund for the delivery but I think they should refund the entire order.

Review: Ordered flowers on April 19th, 2014 to be delivered that day. Flowers were not delivered and was told they would be delivered April 21, 2014. Flowers have YET to be delivered!Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund of my money that was taken out of my account the day of April 19, 2014. Easy to take my money, not easy to deliver!!
